HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

All orders will be collected by your chosen courier service within 24 hours of being placed. Orders are processed throughout each working day (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and bank holidays. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received this and will soon be processing it ready to dispatch to you; This will be followed by an email containing the tracking information once your order has been dispatched from the Me-Me HQ.

 

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

Full shipping charges and delivery time estimate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur on long haul shipments, and unfortunately this is out of our control - however we will make sure you have full tracking information at the point to dispatch to see your order all the way through!

Please note that all estimated time-frames for international deliveries are given based on working/business days, which will not include weekends or bank holidays. The delivery estimates are provided by our couriers and their international partners, and do not include any delays your parcel might experience at customs.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS SUBJECT TO INTERNATIONAL TAXES OR CUSTOMS CHARGES?

 

Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control, and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/customs charges depending on your location.

If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Me-Me, and are not included in the total of your order or shipping cost, and we are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the transit of your order.

 

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER TO BE SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS – CAN YOU CHANGE THIS?

 

If you need to change your delivery address after your order have been placed, please contact hello@shopme-me.com with your name, order number and the correct address you would like us to ship your order to.

Please always make sure you provide us with your correct contact details (name and email address) at check-out, so we can make sure you receive the tracking information of your order once dispatched.

Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for orders that are sent to the incorrect address, if said address was provided by you at checkout - So please double check all details before hitting confirm, and triple check your confirmation email!

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Me-Me order, and work hard to make sure we aim to send everything perfectly to our customers - however, we do understand that sometimes things just aren’t right.

EXCHANGES FOR YOU GURL

Need a different size? Think the other colour would look better against your fresh tan? Or want a whole new look altogether? – We got you!

We have happy to issue exchanges on all items, even if you want to change the item all together. To let us know you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at hello@shopme-me.com with your name, order number and details of the item you would like to exchange/it’s replacement.

All we ask is that you send the item you are looking to exchange back to us in its original packaging, unworn, and in a resellable condition with all its labels attached.

 

REFUNDS

If your items just were not for you, and you would like a refund, please let us know by contacting us with your name, order number, item you are returning and reason at hello@shopme-me.com

We ask that you return the items to us in their original packaging, unworn, and in a resellable condition with all its labels attached. Please add a note inside the parcel with your name and order number to let us know it’s from you – You will be able to find our returns address on the receipt we sent in the parcel with your original order. If you don’t have this anymore, please let us know and we will send our full address to you!

 

Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return or exchange delivery charges will need to be paid by you. We always aim to send a confirmation that we have received your returned or exchanged items within 48 hours of them being delivered to our office and will process your return or exchange ASAP after that. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.


NOTE: We understand that our returns are not free, but we ask that you send your items to be returned or exchanged using tracked services. Please be aware that we cannot accept any responsibility for any lost or damages parcels that were shipped without a tracking label.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a full refund, your items must be received by us within 14 days of your original order date.
